Internal Systems

We are required by law to maintain these records. All such information is kept with great care, so that it can only be accessed by authorised staff or others (eg auditors) working on our behalf.

Only such information as is necessary is retained, and information no longer needed is destroyed. Care is taken when discarding information, to ensure that it cannot be retrieved by anyone else.
