Our aim with this year's Gift of Hope is to give you a range of attractive alternative gifts:

focusing on vulnerable women, children and families;

providing good presents for you to give to family and friends – or to yourself;

providing specific and direct help to those in need.
NEW this year, Gift of Hope comes with fun activities and a range of project-related resources. You can enter our colouring & poetry competitions, or invite friends to a meal with delicious recipes from the countries where Gift of Hope works, and share the projects with them.

Finally, we’ve made the process more straightforward and easy to use.
1. Choose the gifts you like
Go to ‘Browse Gifts’ via the menu above, and flick through the switching images 1-16 to look through the range of gifts available. (The projects will scroll through each 7 seconds if left.) Follow the instructions to choose the ones you would like to support.
Most (14) of the gifts have specific prices attached. You will be able to alter the quantity of these gifts you want in the checkout process. The total amount in £ will then be displayed automatically.
Two of the gifts (G313 and G316) ask for donations ‘of any size’. In those cases, you will be able to alter the amount in £ you are choosing to donate during checkout.
If you click on the lower image on the left hand side of each project page (a photo of the cover of the Gift Card with the words 'Click Here to Order Now'), that gift will be added to your shopping basket.
You can go to your basket at any time my clicking the ‘My Basket’ link on the top right of the page.
The basket gives you the option of continuing to checkout, or returning to the Gift of Hope pages to continue shopping.
Note: each gift also gives you the option of downloading a Direct Debit form to give to that project regularly.
Six of the projects also offer you the opportunity to give a sum instantly by text.
2. Gift Cards
We are only offering one Gift Card this year. You can view a sample version by clicking the image above left, or the link provided on each of the gift pages.
In your Shopping Basket, you will need to choose whether to have your Gift Card delivered by email (as a pdf which you can print at home), by post, or no card at all.
After completing your order, the inside of your Gift Card(s)will contain the photo and description of the gift(s) you have ordered.
There is space inside the Gift Card to write a greeting to family and friends if you purchase on their behalf, before giving them the card*.
The message inside the Gift Card reads as follows (you fill blanks):-
Dear ______________, The above gift has been given on your behalf through WorldShare, by___________________. May this gift bring you joy as it brings God's hope and freedom to someone in need.
Great for Christmas, birthdays and special occasions all year long!

PAYMENT
At checkout, secure online payment is provided via 'WorldPay'. Simply select the logo of the credit/debit card you wish to use. There is also the option to use PayPal.
