General fund appeal 

WorldShare's projects, and emergency appeals for our partners such as 'A Time of Crisis', link you in prayer and support to local Christians living and serving in some of the toughest places in the world to follow Jesus.

We have led the way in linking individual supporters, churches and other donors in the UK with God's people in the world's hard places for over 60 years. A quick tour round this new website opens a world of opportunities to place yourself and your church or community at the forefront of what God is doing through His people, locally.t

General Fund

Yet, in order to continue channelling all this vital help, WorldShare itself needs funds to operate. A gift - one-time, or regular - via the Donate Now button on this page would:-

  • help to pay for our overheads, so that we can send as much as possible of the funds given to specific projects (including emergency situations like the East Africa famine or Zimbabwe) to assist those projects.

  • help us to find extra or emergency funds for ministries where specific support is insufficient.
  • help us to research new ministry opportunities.
  • help us to locate new supporters.

Gifts to this fund are the engine oil which enables WorldShare (with our hundreds of projects) to run smoothly - and without this 'engine oil', WorldShare would not run properly.

  • By Post: Make cheque payable to 'WorldShare', and write 'Mission' and your name & address on the reverse of the cheque. Mail in envelope to 'Freepost WORLDSHARE'.
