In the world's neediest places, WorldShare responds to the vision of local Christians to bring lasting change to their communities.

Take the African country of Mali. Unrest and water shortages recently increased their grip on an already impoverished population of this historic Saharan land. With your help, our water wells project is bringing fresh supplies of one of life's most basic needs.

But our partner's help doesn't stop at providing water. That's only the start, as they work in culturally- acceptable ways to share the good news of Jesus. In a strongly Muslim society that is traditionally hostile to the gospel, their radio broadcasts have touched the lives of many people around the fabled city of Timbuktu.
